இலங்கையில் உள்ள பிரபலாமான தனியார் வங்கி ஒன்றில் இணைய கணக்கு(Internet Banking) வைத்திருப்பவர்களுக்கு வங்கி நிர்வாகம் Phishing நிகழ்ந்துகொண்டிருப்பதாக தனித்தனியாக கடிதம் அனுப்பிக்கொண்டிருக்கின்றது.

இது குறித்து மக்கள் கூடிய கவனமாக இருக்க வேண்டும் என வங்கி நிர்வாகம் மக்களை கேட்டுக்கொள்கின்றது.
